Vrinda Gupta has recently completed her PhD in Economics from IIT Delhi. Her work focuses on the interaction of the global financial cycle, monetary policy and macroprudential policy. Previously she was associated with Centre for Social and Economic Progress (Brookings India), UNESCO, New Delhi cluster office and ICRIER where she worked with late Dr. Isher Judge Ahluwalia on issues of sustainability. She is a gold medallist in Masters (Development Economics) from South Asian University and holds a Bachelors (Economics) from Daulat Ram College, University of Delhi.
