Dr. Sk Md Azharuddin is currently working as an economist at the National Institute of Public Finance and Policy (NIPFP), New Delhi. Prior to joining NIPFP, he worked as an assistant professor of economics at GITAM School of Business, Bengaluru. He has an M.A. degree from the University of Hyderabad, and an M.Phil. from the Centre for International Trade and Development (CITD), Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU). Azharuddin holds a Ph.D. in Economics degree from CITD, JNU.
